Belated Honeymoon

Just had to share...originally we were going to go to Asia for our belated honeymoon, but DH and I are going to go to Spain for ten days instead. I'm so excited I can't wait to get away.

So is it okay for us to tell everyone we are on our honeymoon and see what happens?

That sounds like a wonderful trip. (Although, so did the Asia trip). Have a wonderful time.

We took a belated honeymoon also. My DH is in graduate school getting his MBA full time. We planned our late Sept wedding 18 months before he started school - had we known we would have gotten married over the summer. We couldn't go on a hm right away b/c he was in class so we went in December over his break. It was wonderful! After the wedding ended I still had something to look forward to for three months!

And we were surprised on our hm to meet two other couples married in Sept and Oct on their hm!

We'll be taking a belated HM too, probably some time in the spring...still haven't planned when or where, though.

And yes, it's definitely okay to say you're on your HM - we plan to!!

You will have a wonderful time! Spain is fabulous!!

ABSOLUTELY!
We did it.. I mean technically we were married a year by the time we had our honeymoon!

ENJOY it.. you really only get ONE honeymoon no matter when you take it!

We're taking a belated honeymoon too and I am DEFINTELY telling everyone we're on our honeymoon!!
