Belt with this dress?

Soooo I tried on this dress at Forever 21 over the weekend and loved it. It looks so cute on and it'd be great for the wedding in Ireland, especially for $30. It has this weird seam thing though which I don't like. SIL suggested putting a belt over it but I wasn't sure if that would be too much. But now I look at it on the website and the picture they show has the model with a belt on right over that weird line, though I don't like the belt she's wearing in the picture. So my question is, what color belt do you think would work? I was thinking either silver skinny or black skinny?

i have a dress that has a line like this....it actually came with a belt - a ribbon belt!!

i went to a wedding earlier this year and wanted to change up the color, so i went to michaels and bought new ribbon

it was actually really easy and looked great. maybe give that a try

as for color....silver would be great

I was wondering about a ribbon instead, too! I'm heading to Michael's this week anyway so I'll pick some up. Thanks ladies!
