Ok well they caused me to have a full on Mental Fit today!!

called again about my TV, cuz i went online and realized that if i ordered the same tv today it would ship dec 28th!! so why do i have to wait til jan 5th when i ordered mine on Thanksgiving!! when it was suppose to come Dec 16th and then just never showed even after i got a phone confirmation the day before!!

so i was on hold for a good 4 hours total between getting tranfered back and forth this one telling me i need to speak with this one, that one telling me they have no clue, this one telling me that i was suppose to get an email for a replacement item...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i even got hung up on! even after i told the lady that if i scream at her its not intended for her, because im just soo fed up!! yeah she hung up on me anyways! then i was back to waiting on hold for another 40 mins!!

FINALLY i got a hold of some nice guy who actualy helped me!! he cancelled my first order, and ordered me the TV (same one) that said would be delivered on dec 28th! and gave me the price i got from the first item!!!

so DEC 28th if that TV is not at my door step im going to go BANANAS!!!

seriously I would have gone MENTAL!! hope it comes!

Ughh what a project! I'll be for you that I comes on the 28th!

Jess did you get my FB message yesterday? If I would have ordered a tv on their site yesterday they guaranteed delivery by Chrismas...***

We ended up going to PC Richards and DH got his stupid 60' for double what we would have paid on Black Friday when he first looked

awww I hope it comes I waited on line for 45 minutes at the store today to get FIL a christmas present! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Oh Vey !!!! At least it's coming before the year is out!!! I can't believe they kept giving you the run around like that!! GRRRRR!!!!!

I say GIVE THEM HELL on Dec 28th if it's not delivered! Heck I would want it for free!!!!
