I suggest thinking twice before booking Ovation Events. My husband and I booked them for our wedding, as they were a preferred vendor of our venue. We booked the Open Air Photo Booth for 4 hours. After we sent the balance two and a half weeks before the wedding, Ronnie asked us to select a backdrop and a logo, which we did. One week before the wedding a woman called me asking, again, to select a backdrop and a logo. I confirmed our selections. The day of the wedding there was an issue with the backdrop stand. Ronnie stated that the backdrop did not fit the stand they brought to the venue and had a completely different backdrop Uber’d to the venue. However, all of this took time that cut into our reception. I understand that things happen and don’t always go exactly according to plan, however, this resulted in there being no backdrop for an hour and half of the four hours we paid for. As the attendant was trying to resolve this issue and it was not apparent that the photobooth was ready to operate, guests did not use the photobooth during that hour and a half. I emailed Ronnie explaining the situation and requested a partial reimbursement for the time that the stand/photobooth were not set up to operate. However, Ronnie did not respond to my email. I called him a few days later and he stated that this did not warrant a reimbursement. He was not apologetic, was dismissive of my concerns, not interested in resolving the matter, and continuously insisted on sending me screenshots of a text exchange between him and the photobooth attendant that night stating that he did not turn guests away from using the photobooth and that pictures could have been taken in front of a regular wall. I responded stating that my point all along has been that if there was no backdrop and the attendant was fiddling with the stand then guests were not likely to come up to take pictures, as it did not appear that the photobooth was set up/ready for guests to take pictures. We also PAID for a package that included a BACKDROP. Ultimately, two and a half hours of what should have been a four hour service were provided because the equipment we paid for was not set up. Ronnie then stopped responding to my texts regarding this matter. Additionally, the attendant was disorganized, allowing photos to collect on the floor for an extended period of time, not really engaging with guests, and he did not offer anyone the black and white option we paid for. He just automatically selected the same settings for everyone. We received a scrapbook at the end of the night, which contained just a few of the many pictures taken in the two and a half hours. I would NEVER book this vendor again. This company is extremely unprofessional and unjust with poor customer service.

Fantastic service! My wedding guests loved the props, the background design matched my overall theme, and smiles were abundant in all the photos sent to the couple! Thanks Ovation Photo Booth team!

I new I wanted a Photo Booth at my wedding for a original kind of guest book which could also double as a gift favor for the guest. The photo-booth was a hit we had a 3 photo and our logo on each print. It was unlimited for the night. And it was a hit my guest were constantly in there. We should be getting our photo Disc soon, we get a photo-disc of all the photos that were taken that night. I loved it.

Everyone had an absolute blast with the photo booth at our wedding last weekend. It was a huge success! From our little cousins to our grandparents...they were all excited to jump in there together. The guest book is hilarious! We received the CD of all the shots one week later. The attendants were great and very helpful. This was an awesome addition to our party and I highly recommend it for your big event!

I have to say this company knows weddings. We loved how they gave us advice on some little things that we never new about. Joanna was our party person, she walked us threw everything from beginning to end. We booked the King Booth with them. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had in the booth. The scrapbook came out amazing. We received USB stick of the photos in little time. The video message option was the funniest. If I ever had to do it again I would hire them immediately.
