big friggen FML

so i was soooo excited about my interview for today that i got there early. not just 15 minutes early like i thought, 24 hrs and 15 minutes early. Even though she said Tuesday when she called, the email and all correspondence said Wednesday.



of course this was with a big well known insurance company, so i'm just hoping they think i was really eager to work there and not a complete idiot.

no no, she came out into the waiting room with a copy of the email and went 'see, right here, you're interview is tomorrow morning, can you come back tomorrow?'

I would take it as you're being eager but just to make sure I would say tomorrow that you got confused between the phone call and the emails so you played it safe and showed up Tuesday just in case.

At least it's a day early and not a day late. Tomorrow at your interview just explain and tell her that you were eager about the interview and try to make a joke of it.
