Anything I can get him, or some creative idea to make the day special? Its during the week. Nothing totally over the top....just something thoughtful and nice.

well, is there anything he wanted on the registry that he didn't get? I know it sounds horribly unoriginal, but he probably wouldn't expect it from you, and he probably also expects at this point that he'll NEVER get it.....
to do.... what about going out for fondue for dinner/dessert....

my DH's bday is this tuesday. we went to uncle jacks steakhouse to celebrate last night. i also bought him a jose reyes jersey and some other mets paraphenalia as well as a leather jacket. for some reason this was a tough year for me in picking out his presents. but in the end, a leather jacket is always a functional gift (something men like my DH would never buy on their own) and i could never go wrong with mets stuff. is yrs into sports??
