BMD - good luck at Brett Matthews tonight

I hope you can finally get some satisfaction and closure to this whole process. For the amount of money you (all of us) spend on photography they should be treating you very nicely tonight and making sure you walk out with a smile!

I hope they don't make you wait like two weeks ago, at minimum you should get the layout complete and finalized. Hope it's painless!

are you kidding? I think I'm more annoyed than you at your situation (OK I know that's not true!) - I don't know how you stay so calm so far!

Don't let that happen - no reason to get nervous when you have a valid complaint about their poor customer service to you. I would love to come tonight but I have to meet my new nephew ...

If it doesn't go well tonight, I have the number for Help me Howard waiting and a nice form letter for the BBB you can borrow. Hope it doesn;t come to that though

Ahh, me & Howard are tight like that Keep sending the BBB, it does work - but you need to follow up too.

Thanks for the support everyone. It wasn't too terrible. We shall see what happens in about 12 weeks when the 'proof' is ready for binding. Then it takes another 12 weeks after that to be bound! Hopefully I'll have it in time for my anniversary.
