Body Wrap

Has anyone ever had a body wrap? I was out this weekend and met someone who swears by body wraps. She has lost inches off her waist just by getting a body warp. It's supposed to remove all toxins from the body. I'm interested in doing this, but don't know if I should.

Has anyone done this? Do you recommend it or is it just another ploy to spend more money at the spa??
