I don't know if this is something that is done. If not, I thought we could start it. We have a BOTW, so I thought we could do a BOTY. Everyone could send me their nominations, I could tally them up and we could do a poll with the top 3 to determine the winner. Any thoughts?

I would like this to be an equal playing field and think my chances are better if we have these categories. I will try to think of more.
