Brides that used David's Bridal in Carle Place

I went looking at gowns at the Carle Place location. We got good service there. How's the alterations in that location. I was at the David's Bridal in NJ and the alterations was terrible.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

I used them for my alterations and they did a great job, no complaints from me, but I have heard some negatives too. I guess its hit or miss!!!

they were very nice. I didn't get my alterations there, I did on the side with one of their seamtress and it was better, I was scared of haveing alterations there. ASk for Maria Helena, she was awesome!

I got my dress from David's in Carle Place but did NOT get my alterations there. I was nervous about using them because they are so busy and I was turned off by the 'factory style' set up. (JMO)
SO i found a local bridal shop that did outside alterations and she did the job for less than David's would have...and we found my viel from them too. I liked having a private little salon to have my dress fittings instead of the mass-bridal area David's had. They might have done a great job too, but I was nervous about it.
Again, JMO...I was very glad I made that choice.
