Try Whaler's Cove in Babylon Village! They are so nice! We lost several bids on them and ended up elsewhere!

Also, if you are willing to go to MD, my townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an office/extra bedroom in the basement (for us its an office).

In Bellport, the Alexan. We live there and love it, we have 2 bedroom and 2 baths, they are rentals, but I say they are rental condo/townhomes, VERY NICE
