UGH! I am sooo done w/ this constant question of 'when you gonna have a baby...' BS im gonna loose it

I feel like I am in the opposite situation.. I am having baby fever really badly and no one else seems to care if we have kids or not! There are a few people who ask but mostly it's 'eh just wait a few years!'. I almost feel like no one will even be happy when I do get pregnant... Ugh, people just s uck in general!

I agree I hate when people ask this. Its a personal question.
And I am tired of people telling me I am in my 30's I can't wait too long.
I am not sure about kids I waiver back and forth each day.

ITA! When I went for my endo surgery, my boss even had the nerve to say, 'So, you're going to get yourself cleaned out so you can try to get pregnant?'

We are both right there with you, for the most part people believe us when we just flat out say NO that we don't plan on it and if they don't believe it then DH will say that he is too old to have them.

I don't understand where people getting off asking such personal questions. I was having a flair up of back problems, which I have had for years and one coworker actually came out with 'so when are you due, you are having back problems so you must be pregnant'. I don't think people realize what a personal question it is and that there are people out there who want kids and can't have them.It is just gossip for some people. I can't help but get angry, I just got married, lay off!!

BTW my coworker just got married at 40 last summer. They had their first baby in March and she just found out shes expecting again...so 37, you're FINE! Shes fine at 42!

I kinda just realized when I said last summer, i meant August of 08. They had their baby in 09 and now shes preggers again. Ok now that makes sense!

I think it is very rude of people to ask that question. One day I was out with a friend of mine who had recently had a miscarriage and someone she hadn't seen in a while came up to her and asked her how she was and when she was going to have kids. My heart was breaking for her at that point.
I think it is rude for people to ask without knowing people's situations. They will have kids if and when they are ready.
I am pretty open with people and say I am not trying. I will let you know when I am. And then they don't ask lol.
