Can someone bump the video song selection threads???

Need to pick my songs out asap... I think 6 months is a long enough delay

Oh Gina I freaking love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought you were bad but I'm dragging my lazy a$$ as well. Jose emailed me last week dd you ask him for their song suggestion list??? He emailed it to me but I couldn't open it.

Nope never asked... and the only reason why i now have a fire lit under my *** for the video is bc our dj wants to use some of our clips on his website... totally excited and really need to just get the video done already LOL

We need 4 songs right? For what parts of the video??? So confused...

Jose told me 3 songs

wedding recap

But if your doing something extra I would assume it would mean more songs.

I ended up with 4 songs because of how long the beginging part of the video was.
So we had 1 for the baby pics
2 for the intro
1 for the recap

Get a move on it girls, I got my video 2 months after the wedding,lol.

'The cocktail song is actually the least important. An easy listening instrumental is recommended. Easy listening with vocals is okay too. Do you like Jason Mraz.' Also we need to get in ASAP other wise we are SOL with busy season approaching!!! So lets get with it!!!!!!!!!!!!

He als o has that song play out to the begining of the video.
Then Beautiful Day by U2
and Forever by Chris Brown but, not the full song :(

As a video editor I can tell you your songs are really important because it will effect the whole style of your video. I have edited wedding videos. Editing a wedding is like editing a music video, so the kind of music will very much effect the style.

My choices for my video were:

Formals: Beautiful in My Eyes

Cocktail Hour: I'm Yours (we had a steel band outside on the water so I chose accordingly)

Picture Montage: Hanging By A Moment (This was our song the first time we dated)

DVD Menu: I Don't Want to Miss A Thing (Our Wedding Song)
