I can't believe how few pounds it takes to make my ring tight...

I gained about 10 after the wedding and it was getting too painful to wear (although I suffered)..now that I lost the weight...they are back to jiggling around...

good incentive to never get above a certain weight...

anyway...i would tell him to try to lose 5-10 pounds first to see how they feel
