So my mom called me and told me that she let our dog out and she said he just kept barking so she went to see what he was barking at and she said the lady behind us was on her balcony throwing stuff over at my dog!!!!
So my mom told her to stop and she claims she was throwing dog biscuits! Now what is she was trying to posison our dog??? And my mom told her to stop and she continued! WTH?!?!

I would curse that lady out! The same goes with children, that goes with dogs, do not give someone something to eat unless you are ok'd first. What if the dog is allergic to those biscuits?

Exactly. Our dog is on medication for athyroid problem. He don't need any extra food!!!

I wouldn't really like someone feeding my dogs either, but maybe she thinks she's just being nice. My mother's neigher used to slip food on tinfoil under the gate for her dog...you know, like tablefood.

People are strange... I hope that she really did mean no harm! Hopefully she was trying to fatten up the dog for winter. But if your mom said no, then she should have stopped
