so im planning my soon to be daughters christening and were going to have about 100-120 people. and are looking for a resturant or small catering hall to have it in.. does anyone have any suggestions and or prices they would be able to share? Thanks so much for any info!!

I would check out the George Washington Manor in roslyn. Their rates are great and they have several rooms to choose from. I had my bridal shower there in one of the smaller rooms, and the food and service were excellent.

not sure if you're aiming for a certain area (nassau vs, suffolk..) but I went to a christening at Larkfield manor and it was pretty nice, i think they got a pretty good deal for daytime

We had our E-party at Molly Malone's in Bay Shore and their upstairs room is really quite large. We only had 50 people and we were lost in there! Their food and service is great, too!

We just went to a christening last weekend at Westbury Manor, but I am unsure of prices. It was nice though, they had the cocktail hour outside and then moved the party inside.

what area? my niece's communion was just at Pompei in west hempstead; very nice. I also like the douglaston manor and caffe on the green. but it depends on the area you need.

im feeling large and in charge! im not due for another 6 weeks but they are stopping my meds that are keeping the contractions away today so im excpecting my little one any day now!
