Can you Please show me your Frames!

It has been over a year and my 11x14 wedding picture is still in a box. I can't seem to find anything I like. If you have one can you please post a pictue and where you bought it from. Thanks so much!

Our 11' X 14' and 16' X 20' portaits are still also in a box. You're not the only one.

I don't have mine yet, but a good idea is to take the pictures with you. Go to Michael's framing department, they also have 50% off sales all the time. They'll play with the portraits and place different mats/frames around it to help you decide.

Sorry sweetie, did not even order our large prints yet, I guess b/c we received so many 5*5. DO you not have any framing shops around.

I have 2 11x14's framed and an 8X10 framed but they aren't hung yet.

I got all my frames at Rag Shop and my mom went to an framer inthe city to get mats for me.

They are double mounted or dry mounted I think it is called
one has image perfection glass and one does not. I got a double matting though, green and gold

My 11x14 frame is from Kohl's. It's black with a black matte. Didn't cost a fortune and the photo looks great in it.

Tammy was it expensive there? We are going this weekend to look for a place to mount and frame ours (We got one price for $250

they have coupons a lot in the mini things that get mailed to you house
they are very reasonable
my 16x20 was 200.00

Cooky--- image perfection costs extra, if the picture is going to be in a room where a lot of sunlight enters it cuts the glare
I got it on the 11x14 b/c of light that comes in my kitchen and hits that wall
the 16x20 is on my staircase where there is no window so didnt need it on that one

Ask for Maria, they are on newbridge rd

AI Friedman on 18th Street in Manhattan sells tons of great frames and mattes in larger sizes. Good quality and lots of selection. You can have a custom made frame done there as well but its not necessary unless you want something really specific.

Michele, I have to agree I love your Canvas.

Thanks everyone, I did forget that Micheal's custom does frames. I am going to look there if not I am headed to NYC and LI in a couple of weeks and will look where you girls recommended. Thanks you!
