everytime i turn it on its always bad news.. i know its reality but i am tired of hearing about the economy. its all gloom & doom. I work on wall street & don't know if i will have job soon. Then i made the big mistake of looking at my 401K i couldn't believe my eyes. this time last year it was doing so well. now its next to nothing. i literally have to start over. i did check it before but tried not to make myself crazy.
i am trying to keep my mind off it but its sad that so many people are losing their job
praying that 2009 will be a little better... i hope

I know what you mean! It's really tough to hear every single day-especially with the holidays coming up. I am praying that you have a better 2009!

I haven't even checked my 401K yet...seeing our company stock plummet has been bad enough.

I know ... and DH wonders why I never want to watch scary / drama movies. I just want to be ENTERTAINED when I watch tv ... I don't want to have to think or follow a story, because all day I have to think and follow things, especially with the news / economy the way it is.
