Car parts

Anyone know any web sites that I can get a car part for SUPER cheap.... Hubby drove into a tree today (smartttt) and the tail light broke and we need a new one- the guy at the repair shop suggested the junk yard but I was wondering if any of you ladies know of a web site

Thank you sooo much!

Junk yards will probably be your best bet. My dad used to get spare parts for our old Saab when he couldn't get them any longer. It worked and it was super cheap.

ITA. You just let them know the make and model of your car, the year, and what part(s) you need. They will check their database to see if they have the part you need and tell you the price.

I just recently heard there's a website - www.junkyard.com - where you can type in what you need and it will check junkyards across the country. Don't know how accurate that is, but it's worth a shot.

From what I understand, they will only sell you a part if it's in great condition. Good luck!
