Cassarino Brides

Did anyone have any problems with them and if you did, can you please let me know who you talked to to resolve the problem.

I had issues with how long they take for everything and not getting phone calls back. But the quality of their work is fantastic.

FM me...I have tons of experience dealing with the slowpokes and the phone calls that don't get returned!

They were very slow in getting our proofs, the albums, our enlargements, our video together. We didn't get our albums until one month prior to our first wedding anniversary. The photographer whom we were assigned never called us to meet with him or to see a 'must take photo' list within a week of our wedding. It turns out that he was sick with the flu in the hospital. The owner sent a replacement within 5 days of our wedding which we didn't get acquait with him or our preferences of our 'must take photo' list. The owner sent his son-in-law as the replacement.

Our proofs overall were good. There were however, som off-centered, hand in the way, etc.

They do not tell you in advance how long it takes to get your album and pictures. I got my album on my one year anniversary.

I think it takes a few months for albums anywhere.

Irenie- they do tell you in that booklet they mail out that it takes 7-9 months from your planning appointment, which is usually after you get your proofs so you actually got yours right about on time lol
your one year anniversary, so did I, I went the end of november and got my album in august

So far the only problem I had was with the cropping of the TY picture.
But the end result was good, and they were OK with doing it over and over until I was satisfied.

I knew ahead of time that the album takes a while, they told me that upfront and were good about freebies too.

So I don't have any complaints. I just have to wait to make sure I'm satisfied with the final product

I had a problem. Problem was they $ucked, LOL!!!!!! Customer Service=POOR. Quality=EXCELLENT. I must say they gave me agita but it was all worht it in the end b/c I am very happy with my pics.

This is exactly how I'd describe my experience. I hope they do see this and get to fixing the issues!

Same here. I still have to work out a few things with them. Problem is, I can't get someone to return my calls. They really have to get it together.

Odds are that you aren't getting a call back because the (i'll be nice here), person, answering the phone never gives messages.

The only way to get anything done there is go in person and demand to speak to someone other than the receptionist.

thats not really true b/c everytime I left voice messages for either Razz - they called my cell phone back the same day I left a message
I would leave voice mail for them if you have an issue(s)

Like Irene said, they told me it would take about a year and it did. I had no problems with them at all and every time I called, no matter who answered was very nice and helped me. And I have to say that the wait was soooo worth it. I loved my album!

I think everyone there is very nice, just not very responsive. I have left at least five messages for Razz-the younger one-over the past 2 months. He returned one and basically just said call him back. I had asked a specific question. I did not speak to the receptionist, I left him messages on his voice mail. I really like my pictures-the photographers were great. However, the way things are going, I don't feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

My situation is not about the pics taking long, as a matter of fact, I got my proofs in about 3 weeks, but I am not satisfied with them at all. I have had numerous issues regarding the photographer I had and called to complain before I got my proofs this way they would not think I just did not like my proofs. I am so frustrated and it is a long story, but basically my photographer took me out for over an hour during my reception. I am waiting for a call back.
