I went to Greenport a few weeks ago....I haven't been there since two summers ago...and I was soooooo disappointed to see that ARCADE closed Do you know what happened??

I can't believe how much the town has changed!! There are so many more restaurants and new things to do Have you been to the Brewery yet? HOw about Noah's? The cupcake bakery is awesome...def try it when you can

Yeah I know!!
Arcade closed during the winter. I knew it was closing because my moms cousin worked there and she was let go the begining of last summer.
I want to know what they are going to put there.
No - I havent gone to the brewery yet- I think we will go when we go out there for labor day week. There is a new diner/restaurant across from the post office on Front that used to be next to IGA in Southold. I cant remember the name of it. They had to move because IGA wanted to expand and the owner of the property sold it to them.

There are so many changes there but I still love it!

Oh and where is the cupcake bakery? I havent seen that.

ETA- I just looked at Noahs menu- while I would like to try it- Jerry wouldn't eat anything there. Plus they dont have his beer- Coors light

But I would love to try it!

The cupcake bakery is near Claudios, a few doors up. It's amazing!!! The guy who owns it is really sweet too.

Yes!! Best cupcake ever...lots of flavor but light enough that you can eat a dozen...kind of dangerous really

i love greenport
and miss going to claudios every saturday night

we're trying to buy a house in mattituck, cuthogue or southold so hopefully my greenport weekend's will become a regular again. we now live about 35 min away so we dont get out there as much.
There is alsoa yummy new restaurant that opened in southodl a'lure where the barge used to be
