CHASE CREDIT CARD VENT!!

I HATE THEM!!

Back in June I called up Chase to change my address since I was moving back to NY form NC. Their advisor guy told me that I should enroll all three of my Chase Cards in the payment protector plan and then in one month I could activate my 'moving benefit' and pay no interest for 4 months and then a month after that I could activate 'getting married' benefit and have another full 4 months of no interest!! I thought it was a great idea and I enrolled all 3 cards. Well I finally just went to activate my benefits and found out that that dumbass only enrolled 2 of my cards! So now the one with the highest balance and highest APR can't receive the benefits!! The payment protector people told me to speak to a supervisor at Chase about them enrolling the card and back datung it so I could still receive the benefits- I did and he was soooo nasty!!! I just cancelled my card! @SSHOLES!!!!

Are you serious? I had Bank of NY and when they switched to Chase I swore I was goign to leave because I heard nothing but negative things. But since then, I've grown tor eally like them. When we got married, the woman at my bank talked me into opening a credit card to protect my account, yada yada. I haven't transferred any of my balances to it yet. I didn't know they had benefits like that. I so would have taken advantage of them.

Good luck trying to get them to back date it. That totally stinks.

HAAAAAAAAAATE CHASE! We had a Bank of New York account and shortly after they changed I closed the accounts. I couldnt take their non sense anymore.
DH deposited cash, paper money at the back one day, that night we go to the ATM and its telling us we only have $13 with an available balance of $1313??? He called the 24 hour number and they are telling him its all available but the ATM wouldnt give us any money. The next day we went in to find out what was going on and they lady told us we were crazy the computers were never wrong that the money had been available since he deposited it, so I gave her the 10 ATM receipts I had fromt he day before and she says to me well then you have to go by your account register either way she argued with us about it and I closed the account. At this point she told me I couldnt because $1300 was on hold WHY??? It was cash, nothing had been written on it? And she just said it was available all along....they have no clue

Thats CRAZY!!! I just cancelled the one card but I think I'm going to cancel the other two as well!! F*CK them!!
