I am so excited. I love everything about this house. It is in immaculate condition and is located on a quiet cul de sac in the Derwood section of Rockville, Maryland. It has 4 bedrooms and a fully finished basement and the master bedroom is HUGE.
Some of you may recall that I posted a few months ago that my DH and I are moving to Hawaii because my DH is going to be stationed in Pearl Harbor for 2 years. Well, we are still moving, but fell upon this house and literally fell in love with it. Since we planned to move into a larger home when we returned from Hawaii, we decided to buy this now, live in it a few months and then rent it out for 2 years. The price and condition of the house seemed ideal.
If you know anyone needing to rent a house starting in winter/spring 2007 in Rockville, FM me!

Danielle, your house is gorgeous! I would have jumped on that too. I'm sure you'll have no problem renting it out (I just rented my condo out via craigslist to the nicest couple.) Your master bedroom is too dreamy!! I bet the bath is to die for! Here-here to many happy memories and years there.
