I am so excited. I love everything about this house. It is in immaculate condition and is located on a quiet cul de sac in the Derwood section of Rockville, Maryland. It has 4 bedrooms and a fully finished basement and the master bedroom is HUGE.
Some of you may recall that I posted a few months ago that my DH and I are moving to Hawaii because my DH is going to be stationed in Pearl Harbor for 2 years. Well, we are still moving, but fell upon this house and literally fell in love with it. Since we planned to move into a larger home when we returned from Hawaii, we decided to buy this now, live in it a few months and then rent it out for 2 years. The price and condition of the house seemed ideal.
If you know anyone needing to rent a house starting in winter/spring 2007 in Rockville, FM me!
