LA's Fox 11 News was able to get its hands on LAPD detective notes from a search warrant in the Chris Brown case that provides details on the Rihanna beat down.
After Rihanna read a text message on Brown's phone from a woman, he tried to force Rihanna out of the car, but couldn't because she was wearing her seatbelt.
Brown then allegedly slammed Rihanna's head against her window, and when Rihanna turned to face him, he punched her.
The notes said blood spattered on Rihanna's clothing and the interior of the Lamborghini.
Rihanna also called her assistant, according to FOX 11, leaving a message saying, 'I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.'
Brown then reportedly replied, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever. I'm going to kill you,' and proceeded to punch and bite Rihanna. He allegedly put her in a headlock so long that she almost lost consciousness.
Chris Beat Her Down is expected to appear in an LA court on Thursday to answer to domestic violence charges.
Hope he'll get more than what he deserves for the pain and suffering he inflicted on RiRi.

Chris Beat Her Down has just been charged with assault by means likely to create great bodily injury and (the more serious) making criminal threats.
The douchebag will be arraigned in a Los Angeles court later this afternoon.
If convicted, he can serve up to 9 years in jail - on just the criminal threats charge alone!
Wethinks he'll likely plead guilty.
And if he does plead no contest, do U think he still has a career in the future?????

I can't even believe she's back with him, she needs t realize she deserves better than someone that would treat her like that. I really hope he gets the 9 years in jail...what a dirt-bag.

i just can't understand why a man would ever hit a woman who's clearly weaker than he is. What are you proving? If anything it makes you LESS of a man to beat up on somebody who's obviously smaller & not as strong as you. It's like those guys have something to prove, but I don't know. It just makes them seem like so much more of a loser, because they're too afraid to actually pick a fight with somebody their own size. It's just like those stupid people who hit kids and beat on their pets. It doesn't make you strong, it makes you a coward. You know what I'm saying? Sorry for the ramble, I just get upset about things like this. I really do hope he's sent Prison for a LONG @ss time. (the details of all this made me sick)

The whole situation is awful. But tons of women go through it everyday.. this one is in the public eye. I hope some good comes of it.

This is disgusting. The sad thing is that one out of every 4 women is a victim of some type of DV. Hopefully such a public case will give more funding to agencies that help victims affected.

Unfortunately with domestic violence it's not always that easy. If she hadn't gone back to him there's always the chance that he would have tried to kill her again. Often women go back out of fear not love.

Theyre saying if she doesnt cooperate and testify it will most likely be thrown out. Im pretty sure she wont. She has lost all contact with her family since getting back with him. Her fatehr said she changed her email and phone number. I just cant believe it. She just ruined her career too by doing this. I hope he was worth it.
