and i'm totally delusional i know--but i refuse to believe this is true. and i have an entire scenario in my head.
His mom & sister are probably money grubbing wh0res and came to his hotel in London and said 'give us money for our crack habit' and of course my baby daddy said 'no way.' and they said 'we're gonna screw you over!' and then they waited until the NEXT day to go to a random police station, probably strung out, and said 'The Dark Knight assaulted us--but we didn't feel like reporting it yesterday cause we were too busy smoking crack....so like we wanna report it today' The cops knew it wasn't true--so they let my baby daddy go to his london premiere and then quietly questioned him today saying 'hey we know how this is...no harm, no foul'
melissa, i'm with u on this one. that was the exact same thing i was thinking minus the crack part

UPDATE ON MY MAN!!!!!!!!!
He has been released after 4 hrs. of questioning---and I feel much better knowing that the 'assault' he was accused of was a VERBAL assault:
In England you can be arrested for a 'verbal' assault with intent to cause harm. So basically he got into a shouting match with his mom & sister (the crackhead thing I created is sounding more and more true)
His spokesperson released a statement: 'Christian Bale attended a London police station today, on a voluntary basis, in order to assist with an allegation that had been made against him to the police by his mother and sister. Mr. Bale, who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale.'
The only 'physical' part of the altercation--according to gossip sites---was that he either 'pushed' or 'brushed' his mom out of the way to get away from her during the argument.
My love for Christian remains and I still plan on leaving my DH for him one day!

Even though he yelled at his momma he still sounds like a good Christian to me (See what i did there?).
Why didn't I know about this verrbal assault law i would have had my old boss arrested he was and is a wanka.
