City Employees...Test ?

Any city employees can help me?

I wanna apply to take the case worker exam thats being held on April 25th. The application requirements say I have to have a Bachelors by the time of appointment. Does that mean by the time I am offered a position or by the day of exam? I get my Bachelors in May so thats no problem. I just wanna make sure I can take the test in April. I called DCAS but their phones are automated

I would say it means by the time you are offered the job. Just taking the test, no one is going to know if you have a Bachelors degree or not.
