On my list of 'must-take' photos, I requested that our photographers take pictures of the cocktail hour (food display, guests, etc), but they didn't. Did your photographer take CH pics?

Ours took pics at cocktail hour, but not of allll the food. But he did get the placecard table, and our framed invitation and special detials like that.

I used a must take list from here and added some specifics to that. I broke the list into really want and suggested that hemost likely would take anyway, but just in case . . .
anyy, he had the list with himm and checked them all off as he took them.
we had 2 photogs. they both did formal shots with us but we had time before CH for that. then they did take pics at CH of food, ice sculpture, some of people and the reception room before anyone came in and our 'dip' pictures. we told them we especially wanted pics of the flowers since DH handled that. so we were satisfied.

They did take some, not a huge amount though.

we didnt have them either and we had two photographers- I really didnt care for them though either... our video footage however caught like 3 minutes of the cocktail hour and im very happy about that...

We didn't get any cocktail hour pics, both our photographers were outside with us doing family pics and pics of us in various places on the RH grounds. I didn't really specify taking pics of that, pics of the food wasn't that important to me.
same here.. cocktail hour pics are hard to get if their are formals going on..

We didn't get any CH pics either. Both of our photographers were busy doing our family portraits and I had requested pics of the reception room before it was filled with people.
