cold remedies

I have been so sick the past 2 days with a really bad head cold. I have been taking mucinex- and dayquil and neither are helping. What can i use that will help?

Drinks LOTS of fluids!!! Like if you think you drank enough, drink more. You have to flush it out of your system. My sister always tells me to drink Gatorade when I'm sick instead of juice. Also, soup! Maybe you can sweat it out, happened to me a couple of times, very strange but it works!

Also, there is something that starts with a 'D' and it's a cough medicine. I can't remember the name of it but it's a cough syrup. It's AMAZING and TOTALLY works! Other then that I can't think of anything except what you are doing.

O! And Cranberry Vitamins! So weird but I was sick the week of Christmas with a cold, I was taking Vit C and Cranberry Vitamins and I totally felt better in about 2 days!

thats what i took... and i got light headed and dizzy from it. be careful, you shouldn't mix them.

how about sunafed? that used to work for me...

I have been drinking tea and OJ like crazy. I have been trying to sweat it out. My dad always said a shot of wiskey in tea and then go to bed and sweat it out. Did that last night. I feel worse today.

I got to tell Jerry to get me the cranberry vitamins. Thank you

Advil Cold and Sinus. You have to sign your life away for it since the meth makers also buy it. But it works!

echinacea is a flower lol.. but u can get vitamin c with echinacea at cvs. it help shorten your cold. it stimulates ur immune system and white blood cells or some shyt

its good. i take vit c with echinacea everyday, along with 5 other vitamins loolll

I used to use that when I had sinus problems. I forgot about that!

you need to stay home for two days and do nothing but sleep for about 14hours min a day!!!!

drink lots of water(when youre awake) have some soup and take night time meds to help you sleep.

it helps me everytime

I am so thinking I have a sinus infection. My whole left side of my face hurts like hell. I think DR time tomorrow morning.

I just started doubling up on my Vitamin C yesterday - I feel something coming on also - Try chinese hot & sour soup though - That sometimes helps me.
