Complaint/vent help??

So, i am going Saturday to pick up our wedding proofs

I have a few compaints to tell them but i know it cant be fixed because certian things were not filmed (hopefully the photographer has them)

What is the appropiate thing to ask for them to throw in?

We are only getting 1 family album becuase my husband's family is deceased so they are throwing in a 16x20 hand painting of any pic.

my issues:
For example, when my ceremony was filmed it was the back of our heads the entire service
there was no video of our facial expressions etc during the most important part of the night. The video man was behind us not on the side or in front

Another issue was, we dedicated a slow song in memory of my Husbands mother who recently passed away, where was the video guy???

Ok just venting, please let me know what you think is acceptable to as to be thrown into our package.

I would ask for the raw footage. I had an issue or two with this as well, and they provided me with the raw footage for free. I know some places already do this but mine didn't so I appreciated that.
