Re: Conga line
No one started a conga line at mine but we had one at my brother's and it was led by the bride and groom.
Call me taky too but I made sure to have the Cha Cha Slide at mine as well. The Low part- was a little difficult in my dress! It was fun although not many people knew it well...but they had fun learning. This is the only Cha Cha slide picture I have scanned.

Re: Conga line
DH & I were just talking about this.... no kidding!
We did have one, but it was only because we forgot one of the other songs we wanted as a feature dance (Fishbone)....
Other than that I was anti-conga....... but it was pretty funny.... we went all over the hall; in & out of the bathroom, through the office, around the bar.... It wasn't so bad.

Re: Conga line
i have no idea how it happened but at some point during the reception we found ourseves surraunded by a conga line! I actually didn't remmebr about it till I saw the video! I was like what? there was a conga line? It seems our guests just kinda decided to do it and it looked like they really were enjoyed it too!

Re: Conga line
We didn't plan it - it just happened. My DH's cousin actually started it. We didn't mind at all - it also gave me the chance to show off my shoes and my $45 pedicure!
We didn't. We had the electric slide-I also asked for the cha cha slide but I think the DJ forgot. I don't think its tacky at all. The most important thing is that the guests have fun.
