consignment shops?

we went to visit my aunt and uncle this weekend and they took us to some consignment shops that had loads and loads of furniture - it was awesome!!! dh and i were looking for some around here... does anyone know of any?

i'm not talking abotu salvation army or goodwill... i'm talking about like furniture consignment, antiques but not expensive!

I LOVEE CONSIGNMENT SHOPS!! but i only know of cloththing/ handbag/ ones. :-\

Alyssa...there's a Buffalo Exchange in the city and one in Brooklyn They have rad stuff!

These are the ones Ive gone to. the ones in the nicer neighborhoods get nicer donations. i have a really nice desk that they were throwing out!! my ex's mom worked next door and would check the store daily- she furnished her whole place that way.

There aren't any Buffalo Exchanges on the island...get your @ss into the city or Brooklyn (the one in BK is near a couple of other consignment and higher-end thrift stores)...I smell a G2G!!!!!!!!!
