For dinner, do you ever cook one thing for DH and something different for yourself? I find myself doing that alot lately, I've been watching what I eat and I also don't eat meat very often, so I'll make myself a vegetarian dinner while he gets something with meat.

I do that a lot. Or I have to make two different sides since he loads up on carbs and Im trying to cut carbs out during dinner. Its a PITA. DH also is a VERY picky eater so I have to cook things minus a lot of the things I like.

Not really.....DH and I like the same stuff and I've trained him not be as picky as he used to when he was living at home.

The only kind of meat I will eat is chicken, my dh will eat anything with a face. I cook different meals for us a lot. The most annoying thing is when I make spaghetti sauce I have so many pots to clean.

not always. We generally eat the same things but if I am making somethign rpedominately vegetarian or healthy for me I just make a side that he likes like stuffing or something so he stays happy. But egnerally he just takes an extra helping and is fine.

yes -
I cook healthy for me, like a turkey burger and a veg &/or salad
I make a separate meal for the baby - mac & cheese & grill a piece of chicken & give her some of my veggies
DH eats like a horse - FRY the chicken & give him rice & salad & dessert. he cannot live without dessert.

No, he eats whatever I make, it's the best. Not that I'm this great chef or anything, but he's just a human garbage disposal and will eat anything put in front of him, there's not really anything he doesn't like. So if I'm dieting, he eats whatever tasteless food I make and if he's still hungry he'll just have a bowl of cereal or something.

DH & I usually eat whatever I make. If he wants something different, he has to make it himself.
