Could you please tell me where your bridal shower

was held, and if it fit 70-80 women. Need to pass the info. to my mom and moh. TIA

George Washington Manor. My room only held 30 people, but other rooms can accomodate a lot more.

My shower was at Pompeii in West Hempstead. They have several party rooms to accomodate a party of your size. The food and service were great!

Abbracamentos on Woodhaven Blvd. I had about 40 people but they do have a bigger room.

White House Restaurant in Whitestone... I had 72 people there... it can hold up to 100 easy.

That's funny...my SIL had hers there and her wedding at Jericho Terrace too...

I had mine at the Rockaway Cafe on Rockaway in Valley Stream. Not at all fancy but, excellent food...

Me too! I think there was something like 60 at mine, not sure which room it was, but it had a beautiful fireplace, and the food was out of this world!

Oooh! I love it there but have not been in years!!

My shower was at Colonial Springs Golf Club - I think it's Farmingdale (it's near Pinelawn).

my shower was held at the Crazy Dog rest. in Sayville. they have a really cute room that i'm pretty sure can hold 70 people. the food was awesome, and the rest. was pretty! good luck!

I had mine at The Orchid in Garden City - it is the BEST chinese food restaurant on the island - many of my guests told me it was one of their favorite restaurants and I know that they have showers, bday parties, and rehearsal dinners all the time - they are VERY reasonable for afternoon parties too and they have a great private room and private area. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Mine was held at the George Washington Manor and I had approx. 70 people.

I threw my sister's at the Strathmore Vanderbilt Country Club in Manhassett. She had about 90 ladies.

Both my shower and our engagment party had about 70 people. My shower was at King China Buffet in Astoria, Queens. Had a nice party room. Our engagement party was at the White House restaurant in Whitestone.
