Cranberry Cheesecake Brownies Recipe
I just saw this recipe posted on one of the WW message boards and thought I would share.
BTW I love No Pudge brownies...tastes the same as regular brownies to me:
Ooey-Gooey Cranberry Cheesecake Brownies
- 1 8 oz. block of low fat or fat free cream cheese, cut into 12 cubes (you freeze slightly to make easier to cut)
- 3/4 c. dried carnberries, plus 12 for garnish
- 1 pkg. No Pudge brownie mix
- 6 oz. non fat yogurt
1) Mix brownie batter and yogurt per directions on box.
2) Stir in 3/4 c. cranberries
3) Pour batter into non-stick cupcake tin, sprayed with Pam.
4) Place one cube of cream cheese on each, and one cranberry as well.
5) Bake per directions on brownie box.
6) Carefully remove from tin by runing knife along the edges and let cool.
