Hey guys I want to become a seller on a website with my company Daisy Design however that name is taken All my cards say Daisy Design so I dont wanna change it but what should my seller name me on this website??

Have you formed a legal entity? Technically if you are conducting buissiness under a name you need to form a company, whether it be a sole proprietorship, LLC, Sub chapter S and so forth. There are a lot of legal ramificatgions for conducting buissiness without a legal license. I suggest you look into getting a license, you could end up getting in trouble and your personal assets wouls be affected.

Also, if you say you already have cards with a a name another company is using they could sue you for using their name. Ans because, you don't have an official buissiness formed they woudl sue you personally instead of the buissiness.

PLEASE look into doing things properly to protect yourself, you wouldn't want to jeapordize your financial well being!

FM if you have any questions. I own my own company and have been through all of this with the lawyers, accountants etc!

otherwise you can try a .org or something like that.

also, adding an S should be okay too. Like, DaisysDesigns.com or something like that.

Its not a website its like an ebay type site for handmade items. So its like a username silimilar to our liweddings usernames !!!! And it wont let me add an S. Oh poo

Personally I think it would be confusing to have two Daisy Designs, even with variations like adding an 's'.

What about DesignsByDaisy as your screen name ?
It differentiates you from the other seller.

Definitely a good point. I didn't realize it was for a screen name b/c I don't pay attention. I think adding the S would definitely cause more confusion than it's worth.
