crockpot recipe..try it!

-pork loin - sprinkle generously with black pepper, garlic powder, and cinnamon and a little kosher salt
-4 apples pealed and wedged in apple corer
-1/2 cup of apple sauce
-1 large onion, cut into large pieces
-3 tablespoons brown sugar

set it all day on low.

apples on the bottom of crock pot, then put the pork loin on top of them!

I got this from LIF, and trying it today...I know it's going to be amazinggggg. I will tell you later how it is!

UPDATE: It was yummmy...hubby loved it. if you're a pork fan, try it!
