Daily workout inspiration thread

Who is working out today?

I went to the gym this morning and did a short but sweet, make that sweaty, workout compliments of self challenge.
For those who follow it, I did cardio #2 (10 mins each on 3 different machines). B/c it was only 10 min. on each, I made sure I was working at a high intensity....sweatin' buckets.

Good news, thanks to WW and working out, I've lost 3lbs in the past 2 weeks (slow and steady, but I'll take it). 7 more to go!

that's great! I'll be going to the Y tonight to do some cardio. Half hour on the treadmill, half hour on the recumbent bike, and a half hour on the elliptical.

good for you!

I just want to give a little PSA for those who are starting to work out:

PLEASE STRETCH after you work out... even if you just run, make sure to stretch your upper body afterwards as well...

I kicked my own a** last week and did not stretch ... I pulled something in my upper back /neck area and it STILL hasn't gone away.

now, I can't exercise... it s**ks

Ouch! Sorry to hear that. Jen did something like that recently.
Luckily stretching is someting ingrained in me from my dancing days. But it's also a very nice way to cool down.

Yea I did. I still am screwed up. I have neck issues ot begin with but I was tired that day-slept liek 3 hours the night before and I ended up pulling something in ym weigth class and STILL cant excecrise like i want to-I had to drop weight by 15 pounds...S**cks @SS!

DEFINETLY stretch and hudrate enough adn DO NOT work out if you're dead on your feet ebcause its soo easy to hurt yourself and recovery time is SUPER slow.

But rista good for you! Ny weigth hasn't budged but then i have been slacking... ate 6 cupcakes last night...we won't go there lmao....

OYE!
