Dear Poor Excuse for a Mortgage Company,

A returned phone call would be greatly appreciated. While the realty office handling the home we currently have a bid on is mandating we get the pre-approval through your company, I can ASSURE you that we will not be using you for our mortgage.

I have called you SEVERAL times and received not even the courtesy of one phone call in return. And in the event that I do get someone on the phone, they are a bumbling mess and have no clue what they are talking about.

Dear Accounting Department,

I know the budget for this year is bad. However, could you maybe find a few spare pennies to pay the heating bill? Sitting at my desk with my winter coat on is not conducive to being a productive employee. Also, I am not a fan of the fact that we can't order plastic spoons anymore; trying to eat my oatmeal with a fork at 8:30am does not make me a happy camper.

Please go away already!!!! 7 days is too long for you to torture me. I really do not want to have to get a nerve block. The pain of the headache suxs but needles in my scalp are the worst pain ever.
