Just a little note to let you know, 'I miss you' It's been 37 days and I can't get you off my mind. Hopefully I will remember how abusive our relationship was after I see Coors Light and her friends on Saturday. If we see each other I'm just going to walk away and make like you don't exist.

Thanks! Patrick has been helping though bc he doesn't smoke. All my gf's do though, so its hard when we go out. I'm not going to though bc I never want to have to go through quitting again.

Its only been 2 days for me and Im going nuts...i dont understand how I stopped through both my pregnancys with no problem and now Im going nuts .........37 days seems so far away !!!!!! You can do it though and its worth it !!!

You can do it! Make yourself a counter on quitmeter.com- and watch 1 youtube video everyday about how bad it is for you (the ones from Australia are really good)
