defrosting wedding cake for anniversary???

How do you go about doing it----in fridge or on counter???

If we want it for saturday night when should I take it out of the freezer????

Honestly, how did it taste?????

I ate mine the day after my wedding. It was great! LOL As far as defrosting, I would definitely defrost in the fridge so it stays cold. Do it the day before.

Yes def defrost in the fridge. We only ate a little piece, but surprisingly it didn't taste bad at all.
