Oh Michelle I'm so so sorry!!! Do you have the photos so you can go and design your own? You are so super creative and can do a wonderful job!
Write to them and tell them how disappointed you are and see if they can re-do it. You shouldn't have to feel like you're settling. I know you know this, but you are the consumer and they are supposed to make you happy!!!

I'm sorry! Do you get a revision at all? I mean, if you like your proofs, then you could always do your own photobook down the line...as long as you like your pics, you still have the upper hand, even though it might be slightly inconvenient to have to make your own.
