he's in the navy and it takes ALOT for your rank to get raised....he was up for promotion in december 06 but they didn't give it to him - he was ABSOLUTELY crushed. then he had another shot in june 07, but again he got screwed over again.
he just called to tell me they promoted him to 1st class!!! he had no idea!!!
more pay, higher rank, more opportunities....
i'm beyond excited!! and tomorrow is my bday![]()
