DH is coming home today!

DH has been away on business since Sunday and I have been the BIGGEST baby about him being gone. He typically travels 2-3 weeks a year, and last year he traveled 4 weeks. We thought he was going to be able to avoid traveling this year but not so. We found out last Wednesday that he had to go up to Rochester this week and he left on Sunday evening.

I don't know what my problem has been - I mean, this is by no means the first time he's had to leave me home alone but I've been despairing all week about it. It's silly, but I couldn't seem to help myself.

I am thrilled he is coming home today! I took Gina's suggestion and plan to welcome him home by wearing his Mike Pelfrey jersey and not much else ...

Anyway, just wanted to share.

yay!! i know it stinks when he is gone! but it will be worth it when he comes home!!

I think if he is going to be away and you feel sad/lonely or whatev you should make plans with friends and keep busy!! Use the time to yourself in a good way!

But I do know how you feel. Sorry he has to go away for work.

i guess im missing that 'I HATE WHEN MY DH IS AWAY' gene

mine has been gone all week too and man have i been in heaven.lol he will be back tomorrow.

it went by so fast for me
