Did any bride cry or have tears in her eyes during the ceremony

Just curious on this one, I held up fine until I heart the music playing for here comes the bride, I took the biggest deep breath of my life and did the walk up the aisle, I had some heavy tears in my eyes for sure, but I held up okay, good thing is the blusher did hide most of those tears on the way up the aisle, but it didnt hide all of them or all of those funny expressions I had on my face.
The pictures sure showed my facial expressions: so serious looking, so happy with such a Big smile on my face, then a little smile then back to serious. Then when we were sitting in our seats facing the alter, right before our vows, tears started rolling down my face . The little alter girl just stared at me the entire time I was up there, she wouldnt even blink or take her eyes off of me for one second, she also kept making cute amazing wow faces that it was cracking me up inside, girls she held me together a little otherwise I think I would of really been crying. She was so young and innocent, so when I was trying to get it together by breathing very deep or by holding my breath a few times to fight the tears, I would look deep into her eyes in kind of a trance and stare back at her, she made me smile so bright just by the look on her face. I look at the pictures now and say, wow that little girl was living through my eyes that day. Once we were announced Husband and Wife and we turned around to come down the aisle and face everyone I was like Oh my God, I am a mess, my face was so pinkish red & I had plenty of tears rolling down my face, and by the pictures I saw tears in my husbands eyes too. It was so nice to see them, as I only noticed them a little bit that day...

I was emotional and DH would tell me 'hold it', then he started to cry & I would look into the 'audience' then to him & cry. We took turns crying. Here I am, I cried the whole night it seemed!

I was fine all morning even when we got to the church...but as soon as it was my turn to walk down the aisle...i started crying! I couldn't believe it. I cried all the way down the aisle. But once I was holding DH hands I calmed down and felt fine.

i almost lost it when my dad handed me to my dh....i actually started laugh/crying as i call it....but although my eyes filled up i didnt actually cry tears so i stand by the fact that i didnt cry all day!

I cried right before the ceremony. When I heard the music start and saw my mom waiting to walk down the aisle I waved goodbye to her and she waved back with tears in her eyes and I lost it. I regained my compusre in time to walk down the aisle without crying. Then at the altar when FH started to say his vows to me I couldn't hold back the tears. After the ceremony my eyes were dry the entire night

Its so funny how many of us thought we wouldn't cry and did and so many of us thought they would cry and didnt, I guess you can never guess what the moment brings/

I was very surprised at myself I didn't cry. Neither did my mother. I guess I was so nervous that MIL had made a scene and was terrified my clumsy behind would trip (even with my mom one on side and my brother on the other )
Then when I saw DH all I could do was smile.

I was holding it together pretty well walking down the aisle, because I got some crying out earlier in the morning when getting ready. Then I caught the first glimpse of DH, who was not just crying, but bawling - total red face, ugly cry and it was making everyone else cry!!!! That's when I lost it too. It was beautiful and probably the happiest I felt in my whole life.

I always thought I would ball really bad on the day of my wedding, to my surprize I was pretty calm!!!!

I almost did, when my dad lifted my veil he told me I would always be his little girl and I started to tear up...but I stopped quick! My dad isnt the mushy kind so it shocked me and it was nice

OMG, I'm going to cry now Peggy, what is it with me today? PMS anyone? I'm so emotional

its RIGHT after we were pronounced husband and wife and kissed---i was so happy i got teary eyed....contrary to what my face looks like in the pic, i am happy

I actually didnt cry!! DH was a lot...I was cool and collective and I calmed him down, but now when I look at the pictures of him crying I get choked up!! It was soooo sweet!

I teared up in the bridal suite. I felt like I waited forever to walk down the aisle. When I was about to I said to myself 'remember this moment, take it all in', then as I walked up the foot bridge part of my aisle and started sliding with my slippery shoes getting caught on my slip, I then thought to myself 'screw remembering the moment, don't fall!'

Its just amazing how we all think we are in control of our emotions one way or another & on our wedding day you really dont have control, you dont know how you will react until it is really happening, as many of us learned.
