Did anyone get back their video and notice...UPDATED

... That a lot was missing????

My videog. left out my parent's friends' speech, and the napkin dance where my friends andf guests were dancing like goofballs that I really wanted to see...

I haven't called him yet - but has this happened to anyone else? I'm a little annoyed at this...

Did your package include the unedited version, so you can tell them what to add in or take out? We get both so if there is osmehtign he took out he can put it back in.

If not then talk to them and tell them you want to add the other stuff, they make their own judgement calls when editing your video.

ours edited out the songs in church and I would have rathered them be in! We have all the unedited footage so it's fine-I watch that if I want to see those parts!

NO, but I did notice those 4 crashers who were having a grand ol time dancing and taking the DJ givaways and drinks galore!
Dh gets so PO'd...we have to FF through that part. LOL

UPDATE:

I called him and he said he only does 1hr45min because the quality wouldn't be good otherwise. I asked him for the unedited portion - he said he would give it to me after the holidays - normally, he charges $50, but this time he won't....

We got ours back Liza & they left out my bp walking down the aisle, I'm sure they'll be able to just add it back in...

Glad it's working out! We completely LOVED our unedited video and I hope you do too!!!!
