I used a local place by me in Boston. I made sure to tell them that I wanted to inspect the dress after it was cleaned and before it was boxed. Came out fine.

still haven't done mine.. but thinking of going to get it preserved at at the bridal salon where i purchased my dress.

i did mine at a local cleaner that they always have gowns at. It took over a month but i asked them to see it before it was put away and everything looked fine. I had not visable stains just stuff all on the bottom of the dress which they cleaned.
