We never had a chance to.......the entire thing was eaten within minutes! It was so freaking good! BUT, even if we DID have it left over, we wouldn't have kept it.

We did. My Uncle has it in his Freezer. He is Holding on to it for me. MY DH is werid about eating certain Food that has been Frozen. So I am hoping he at least takes alittle bite of it. I know I will.

well they packed it for us and gave it to my mm but my mom was so tired that she left it over night and into the next day and it just went bad- but we did get a few pieces and stored that in the freezer- so that is what we will be eating in a year!

we did.... but it's probably freezer burned by now. we will give it a try on the first anniversary, but i can't imagine it's going to taste very good!

We did & we ate it like tradition on our first anniversary. It was not freezer burned & tasted just as good...The cake was a little dry but it was still yummy

We took it home with us and actually ate it 2 days later at a family BBQ. We're moving around alot so we knew we couldnt freeze it for an entire year (how can you drive a frozen cake from NY to GA?) so we just ate it.
I think we may call the bakery that made our cake and have them make us a mini replica on our 1 year anniversary and have them ship it to us!

Yes, its in the freezer, wrapped as best we could. We will eat it or at least take a bit of it on our one year anniversary, but will have a mini replica made as well, for us to enjoy that day. I really cant image it tasting good after a year!!

We left it out over night, and it was butter cream, so we had to throw it out. Besides that, we had no room in our freezer for it.What we plan on doing is having a replica madefrom the same bakery on our 1 year anniversary.

Yes, its in our freezer!
We have it in one of the Food Saver bags. We froze the cake first then put the frozen cake in the bag and vacuum sealed it. We are hoping that it will stay fresh.

No. DH and I only had a few bites during the ceremony, so I decided to dig in afterward. The maitre d' boxed it for us, but since we were OOT and leaving the next day for our HM, we decided not to keep it. It occurred to me afterward that perhaps I should have taken a photo of the top before hoovering it down!

They gave it to us in a box. I put it in the freezer and plan to eat it on the anniversary but I'm worried it won't be good since it was sitting out in the hotel room the night of the wedding.

We saved ours in a freezer bag & then a huge tupperwear & it was just as good as on our wedding day. We had a piece on our month anniversary & then the rest on our year anniversary. YUM!
