Did you keep the top of your cake?

We never had a chance to.......the entire thing was eaten within minutes! It was so freaking good! BUT, even if we DID have it left over, we wouldn't have kept it.

The top of our wedding cake is in our freezer. We will be away for our anniversary, so we are planning on eating it the weekend before we leave.

Yes we saved it. . It's at my mon's in the freezer waiting to be eaten in less then a year. I don't know how good it will tate though

We did and pulled it out to eat it on our 1 month-it never would have made it a year...and it was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!

We froze ours and left it at my parents house. Then we moved to China so we weren't home for our anniversary. We were home this weekend so we defrosted it and ate it. It was over a year old and it was AWESOME!!! I was so excited because I've been thinking about how good it was for over a year, and it was just as good. I'm sure it all depends on how well it's wrapped.
