I didn't. I thought for sure that I was going to be all emotional and break into 'ugly cry' the whole time. Instead, I was so calm and happy! Maybe because I saw DH first?
Anyway, how did you all react? Did you feel the way you thought you would?

no tears at all, but i didnt expect it anyway. i was actually a little too smiley, i mean there are teeth in EVERY picture. i was like damn, y couldnt i have given a softer smile. instead i look like a clown in some of my pics.

I thought I'd be bawling like a baby, but I held it together really well. There were so many moments during the ceremony where I started getting choked up (the moment of silence for our fathers, DH's brother & our dear friend; when our friend did a reading of the Irish Blessing; the vows, of course) but I pulled it together.
It was funny watching the video because I look on the verge of tears the entire time. It was just so emotional to finally be standing next to the man I have loved for so long and thinking about all the time we lost, and we were finally becoming husband & wife. When we exchange rings on the video, as DH is putting my ring on and saying the words, I'm looking down at my hand the entire time. He said, 'You were ignoring me.' I said, 'No, I wasn't, I just couldn't look at you or I would have lost it at that moment.'

i was suprisingly NOT crying..i thought i would be an emotional mess.. but i was just smiling the whole time ,, but i was very nervous.

I was shakling before I started walking down the isle but when I started walking down the isle and saw DH I was very calm. I thought that I would be crying my eyes out but I was good until DH started to cry and then I started. One of my guests took a picture of me wiping DH's eyes with a tissue.

i was def teary throughout the ceremony, little sniffles. i thought i'd be more weepy though as i'm very emotional, but we did see each other before the ceremony, and that's when we were really weepy.

I reacted a little like how I thought I would...
I didn't expect to lose it so much walking in, but once I remembered that I didn't want to look silly in my pictures I took a deep breath. I didn't expect to get as emotional as I did when DH said his vows- I had to take a deep breath before I could even begin mine. But overall I knew that I am an emotional person and knew there would be some tears.

Nope...I thought I would cry and be emotional, but I was soooooooooooooo EXCITED!!! Joe a nd I laughed through the whole ceremony. At the end when he was starting to pronounce us husband and wife I started hopping up and down because I was sooooooooo excited! It was very silly and we have the best picture. You can tell i'm hopping because Joe, the minister and Art (BM) are all laughing hystericaly. It was awsome. I just remember everybody broke out laughing and it made that moment priceless

Not at all!! I thought I would be a complete emotional mess or nervous ....instead I was totally calm and happy the entire time!

I didn't expect to get so emotional walking down the aisle. My eyes were totally welled up with tears the entire time. But then the rest of the ceremony I was completely fine. I thought I would've gotten choked up during the vows, but I didn't.

I thought I was going to cry hysterically while walking down the aisle & saying my vows. I did tear up walking down the aisle, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I imagined. I felt tears welling when I was about to start my vows, but since I had larangitis on our wedding day, when I started speaking & I heard my wedding vows coming out in my squeaky little nothing voice, I had to try not to laugh!

Nope not at all! I cry at everything, hallmark commercials make me cry! so I thought I'd be a blubbering mess. The day of the wedding I woke up with this strange calm feeling. Even when I went to the salon to get my hair done everyone was saying how calm I was. I didn't shed a tear during the ceremony like I thought I would. I did tear up a little when the BM made his speech but that;s about it.

I thought I wasn't going to cry..instead I cried walking in...during the vows...and afterwards... the water works was coming down the whole time...I even made my dad cry...It was great....

Nope. I thought I would break down and didn't. It was so hard to get married and not having my parents with me anymore,(especially my mom), I thought I would break down, but I did great.

I really thought I would cry, but I didn't! And DH really thought he'd be so nervous about being the center of attention and he was surprised that he didn't feel nervous at all! I was actually a little nervous at first because I don't like being the center of attention either, but I was having so much fun at our reception that I got over it!

Beats me...I cry only when I'm sad. I wasn't sad. No question that I wasn't going to cry. (Part of me just never understood that!).

I knew I'd cry walking in, but I didnt know how much.
I cried the whole way down the aisle and through the vows. The walk back up the aisle was all smiles though!

I was surprisingly calm and actually super excited and smiley the whole time we were at the altar. (maybe it was the Xanax I took before the ceremony. ) I expected to be balling the entire time, and I was really emotional when I first saw my Dad and we were about to walk down the aisle...but then as soon as I saw DH at the other end of the aisle, all my nervousness and emotions went out the door and I was just so happy!
